REFUND / RETURN POLICIES

UNOPENED PRODUCTS

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price or a credit of the purchase price towards an exchange. If product is returned with no exchange, a 25% restocking fee (excluding shipping) will be charged to the customer. Shipping charges are not refundable.

OPENED PRODUCTS

Products which have been opened and/or used may not be returned unless they are defective. Opened products are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer to take advantage of their warranty. We do not accept returns of opened OEM products.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of an incorrect original shipment. If original order qualified for free shipping, and a return/exchange has to take place, client will be responsible for standard ground shipping rates as defined by UPS/FedEx.

REFUNDS

When it is determined that a refund will be provided, clients will be refunded within 10 – 15 business days.

EXCHANGES

If the product you ordered is not the product needed, and it has not been opened, we will gladly exchange the product for the correct one. Any differences in price, return shipping and any applicable taxes will be the responsibility of the client. We do not accept returns of opened products. Products may not be returned without a return authorization which can be provided by our customer service line at 877-798-8951. All return shipments should be returned to RED CIRCLE SOLUTIONS, DBA POSTER STUDIO EXPRESS, PO Box 68, Davidson, NC 28036. We only accept products back for an exchange or refund for 14 days after the original shipment date. Red Circle Solutions reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges.
