What is a remote install for a poster printer machine?

A remote install is our standard installation option that’s both free and super simple. Your poster print machine comes pre-configured, so all you have to do is plug in the Design Station and install the printheads and ink cartridges. The setup takes about 10 minutes and doesn’t require any technical expertise.

What happens after I plug in the poster printer machine?

Once your poster machine maker is plugged in, one of our support technicians will remotely connect to your Design Station. They’ll walk you through a one-hour training session covering the software, print settings, and all the features of your poster printing machine. You’ll be creating posters confidently by the end of the session!

Can we request an on-site install instead of a remote install?

Yes! While our remote install is free and easy, we also offer on-site installation for schools that want in-person support. Just let us know if you’re interested, and we can include it in your package for an additional fee.
